If you work with hotels, guesthouses or short-term rental owners — as a photographer, a property manager, a channel manager, a consultant or an agency — you can earn a commission for introducing them to Sujing AI. These are the rules of that arrangement.
The program is currently run by application and managed by hand. There is no self-service dashboard and no automatic tracking link yet. We would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
You apply, we agree the terms with you in writing, and referrals are tracked and paid manually. When we build automated tracking, existing partners will be moved onto it and told in advance.

We reply within 5 business days. We do not accept every application — this is a small program and we would rather work properly with a few partners than badly with many.
Commission rates, the qualifying period and any minimum payout are agreed with you individually and confirmed in writing when you join. Whatever we agree with you is what governs — this page does not override your partner confirmation.
Commission is calculated on the amount a referred customer actually pays us, net of refunds, chargebacks and payment processing fees.
If a referred customer is refunded or files a chargeback, the commission for that amount is reversed and deducted from your next payment. If there is no next payment, we may ask you to return it.
These are not formalities. Breaking them can create legal problems for you as well as for us.
You may use the Sujing AI name and logo to identify the product you are referring to. You may not modify the logo, use it as your own brand, or suggest a partnership, endorsement or exclusivity beyond what we have actually agreed. We may ask you to stop using our materials at any time.
Being a partner does not make you our employee, agent or representative. You cannot enter into commitments on our behalf, quote binding prices, or make promises about the Service that bind us.
Either side may end the arrangement at any time by email. If we end it and you have not breached these rules, we will pay commission already earned, including on referrals still inside their qualifying period. If we end it because of a breach — particularly spam, misrepresentation, or self-referral — unpaid commission may be forfeited.
We may change this page. Changes to commission terms that affect you will be sent to you by email and will apply only to referrals made after they take effect, never retroactively.
This program is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes submitted to the competent People's Court in Guilin, Guangxi.
